professional staff rooftop pool happy hours
The staff was very professional and provided really good customer service. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight. I found the bar offered great drinks during the two daily happy hours (I took full advantage of them). The breakfast was adequate.

the staff was attentive. the service was very good. breakfast offered a good selection each morning. i found a wonderful thai restaurant right next door. the rooftop pool is a nice amenity.
I was charged a small fee for a chipped glass in the room. I found this slightly disappointing.

the hotel includes a good-sized gym with a dry and a wet sauna. the luna sky bar is a pleasant spot and i enjoyed spending an afternoon and evening there. the hotel staff arranged transfers as well as adjusting times for me.

i appreciated the rooftop pool and bar, it was a treat. the staff at the pool was great! the location was convenient, not too far from the russian market and bassac lane. breakfast had many choices and was delicious.
i was given a room with a brick wall in front of the window. the gym was filthy and dirty, it was not properly cleaned with sweat stains and a smell.

Excellent Stay. Minor Hiccup
adequate room breakfast variety sauna gym excellent location
The room size was suitable for my needs. Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from, and the service was prompt. The hotel gym included a dry sauna and a wet sauna. The location of the hotel provided quick access to local restaurants and bars.
I noticed some signs of wear in the bathroom, such as slight discoloration in the grout! though it was generally very clean.

Staff members were very attentive during breakfast hours, and they were always available to get coffee or tea. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily, and room service delivered quickly and efficiently.
